Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Joqr Apps ("we", "us") handles information in the apps we publish — including Paw101 — and on this website. The short version: we collect what's needed to make the app work, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't show you third-party ads.

Information you give us

When you create a Paw101 account, we collect:

• Account details — your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (or your Apple ID if you use Sign in with Apple).
• Your dog's profile — the name, photos, breed, age, and other details you choose to add.
• Booking details — reservations you make with dog shops and bookings with dog walkers, such as the date, time, and notes you attach.

Location

With your permission, Paw101 uses your location to show nearby dogs to match with, dog shops, and dog walkers. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings; the app remains usable, though nearby results will be limited.

How we share information

• With shops and walkers you book — when you make a reservation or booking, we share the details they need to provide the service: your name, your dog's profile, and the appointment information.
• With other users — your dog's profile is visible to other Paw101 users as part of matching. Your email address and exact location are never shown to other users.
• With service providers — companies that host our servers and infrastructure process data on our behalf, under contract, only to run the service.
• Never sold — we do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Diagnostics

We may collect basic crash reports and usage diagnostics to keep the app reliable. These are used only to find and fix problems.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Paw101 account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, your dog's profile, and your booking history from our systems.

Information you send us

If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

This website

This website is a static site hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

Purchases

If our apps offer purchases, they are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if a future app update adds a feature that requires collecting data — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that update ships.
